Good spot for a family stay
So we booked a queen room for one night and it turned out pretty solid. The bed was comfy and the pool was nice for the kids. The staff were friendly, but it took a while to sort out the key situation. Breakfast was decent, with some good options like scrambled eggs and muffins. Just wish it was a bit less pricey.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored Mount Whitney and visited a cute local spot. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up well for our adventures. The hotel is pretty comfortable, and it's nice having a bit of space to relax after a day out. Perfect for groups looking to enjoy the area together.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room didn't run all night, which made it tough to sleep comfortably. Just a heads up for future guests to keep in mind!

ideal base for exploring death valley and local parks
My stay was enjoyable, with a clean room and strong AC, and the location made it easy to access the stunning sights of death valley national park and the pleasant diaz lake for an afternoon stroll. it felt like a perfect pit stop on the road trip adventure. additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making my experience even better. however, the hotel is a bit on the edge of town, but it's just a couple minute drive to nearby dining options.

The bed and pillows provided excellent comfort for a good night's sleep. However, the breakfast options felt limited, with only scrambled eggs as a hot choice, and the pool area had an odd smell. Additionally, the blinds in the room did not close fully, letting in too much light in the morning hours.
